Use Common Endpoint

Use "https://login.windows.net/common" instead of default endpoint (https://login.windows.net/{your_domain}). This is typically enabled if you're using this for a Multi-tenant application in Azure AD.

Please Note: 

As a form solution, SeamlessDocs is classified as a 'data processor' under most established data privacy regimes. Our customers structure their respective forms and utilize the data collected therein, so they maintain the role of 'data controller' and, as such, will make the final determination on any data subject requests. Requests submitted via this form will be forwarded to the appropriate customer for disposition.

Steps 

1. Complete Form with Information Required to Process Your Request

To process your request SeamlessDocs will need the email used during form submission, and the name of the entity that you submitted your data to.

2. SeamlessDocs Will Contact Data Controller (Organization)

As a form provider, SeamlessDocs is a Data Processor but not a Data Controller which is why we will need to contact the organization to which you submitted your data

3. SeamlessDocs will follow up with you based on Data Controller's Response

The entity who receives your data will need to grant us permission to delete your data. SeamlessDocs will respond to confirm that your data has been deleted, or provide you with a response from the Data Controller in the event that your data cannot be deleted for legal or operational reasons.
